ColorfulMoon operates Math Practice. This version offers offline practice. This website provides public legal information, help and device-data deletion instructions only; cloud backup is not enabled. A parent or guardian should review this policy with their child.
1. Offline use and minimal data
Without cloud backup, a learning nickname, grade, preset avatar, answers, practice times and statistics stay on the device. Practice does not require registration, a real name, birth date, school, phone number, photos or precise location. Use a nickname that does not identify a child. Opening server-hosted legal or support pages establishes a network connection.
2. Cloud backup is not enabled
This service does not create cloud accounts or accept a child’s nickname, grade, avatar, questions, answers, results, practice duration or backup recovery key. Reading this page does not upload learning records. Before introducing cloud features, we will update the relevant notices and terms and obtain any required consent.
3. Purposes and sharing
Learning records on the current device support practice, mistake review and progress displays. This product contains no advertising SDKs, third-party behavioral analytics SDKs, advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking, and does not sell learning records. There are no public child profiles, chat or public leaderboards. Infrastructure processing for public website connections is described below.
4. Hosting and international transfers
Public static-page origin region: Singapore. Hosting and proxy providers: Tencent Cloud (origin); Cloudflare (HTTPS proxy). The origin stores public website files, not children’s learning records. HTTPS passes through Cloudflare, and connection information may traverse network locations outside the origin region. The next section describes processing and its currently known limits.
5. Connections, logs and security
Nginx access and error logging are disabled for this project’s public-page routes at the origin. These pages set no cookies and run no analytics scripts; there is no additional application-server process or in-memory rate-limit record. The Cloudflare HTTPS proxy may process connection IP addresses, user agents, access times and request paths for delivery, security and network-error diagnostics. Current responses contain Cloudflare NEL / Report-To network-error reporting headers; no Set-Cookie was observed in this verification. The operator has not confirmed retention periods for Cloudflare logs and diagnostic data, and cannot promise zero logging or a specific deletion period. This site uses HTTPS; no network transmission guarantees absolute security.
6. Retention
Learning records remain on the device until a parent uses the in-app clearing option or manages them through device-system controls. Device-level backups depend on device settings. This static service stores no cloud accounts, learning records, recovery keys or backup copies, so it has no cloud-backup retention or restoration process. Retention periods for Cloudflare connection and network-diagnostic data are currently unconfirmed.
7. Parent choices and rights
Parents can export learning records or clear device data in the parent area. The public deletion page provides device-clearing instructions and contact information only. It has no cloud-account deletion form and does not accept recovery keys. The parent PIN stays on the device and cannot be recovered by the server. Reinstalling does not guarantee a PIN reset and may lose learning records. Contact the operator with privacy questions; do not email a PIN, recovery key or a child’s identifying information.
8. Children
Children should use the product with a parent or guardian. This website has no child-information submission form and does not request a real name, school or contact information. Contact the operator if you believe the product processes personal information without appropriate authorization. We will investigate and take appropriate action. Do not send a child’s identifying information merely to report an issue.
9. Changes and contact
Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. New purposes will be explained and consent requested where applicable. Operator: ColorfulMoon.
