Welcome to Math Practice, operated by ColorfulMoon. Contact: mgming03@outlook.com. These terms cover this version’s offline practice and public legal and help pages. Cloud backup is not enabled on this service.
1. Users and guardians
Children should use the product with a parent or guardian, who reviews the terms and manages device learning records and screen time. Use a nickname that does not identify a child.
2. Educational features
Exercises, mistake review and progress indicators support everyday practice. They are not a formal academic assessment, guaranteed learning outcome or professional diagnosis. Adjust difficulty to the child’s understanding and schedule breaks.
3. Device records and service scope
The parent PIN protects the parent area on the current device and cannot be recovered by the server. Manage learning records using the in-app export and clearing options. Reinstalling does not guarantee a PIN reset and may lose records. This public service does not create cloud accounts, accept learning records or recovery keys, or perform cloud-backup restoration or deletion. Future cloud features would require updated notices and conditions.
4. Reasonable use and rights
Manage device learning records responsibly. Do not include another person’s personal information in nicknames or support messages, disrupt the public website with malicious requests, or attempt to access another person’s information. You retain rights to information you provide. The app’s original code, interface and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules.
5. Charges and third parties
This version has no in-app payments or auto-renewing subscriptions. Your network provider may charge for connectivity. Operating systems, stores and WeChat services are subject to their own terms. Any future paid features will clearly disclose prices and applicable conditions before purchase.
6. Changes, export and termination
You can export records or clear device data in the app. Keep your own safe copies of important records. We will reasonably maintain the public website and explain material changes, but networks, devices or maintenance may cause interruptions. Website unavailability does not affect offline practice that is already available.
7. Responsibilities and applicable rules
Each party remains responsible under applicable law. We take reasonable measures proportionate to the service to address faults, security issues and valid complaints. These terms do not exclude non-waivable consumer rights, child protections or other legal obligations. Contact us first to seek a resolution; applicable law and dispute handling follow the rules of competent jurisdiction.
8. Updates
Material changes will be communicated in the app or on this page. Significant new conditions affecting your choices will require renewed confirmation where applicable. Read the Privacy Policy together with these terms for data-processing details.
