隐私政策
1. 范围与运营者
本政策适用于 ColorfulMoon 提供的 iPhone 和 iPad 版 FlipClock 应用，以及本政策和支持网站。iOS 应用标识为 com.oneflipclock.mg。本政策于 2026 年 9 月 15 日生效。
2. 保存在设备上的内容
时钟与主题设置、签名文字、闹钟、重要日期、专注与计时记录、音景混音偏好保存在应用的本地存储。你主动选择的背景照片和导入音频会复制到本地应用存储。当前版本不会自动将这些内容上传至 ColorfulMoon 的服务器，也没有开发者提供的账户或云同步。
小组件、实时活动、系统闹钟及通知会按功能需要，与同一设备上的系统组件共享相应的时间、标签或显示偏好。根据你的锁屏设置，提醒标题、专注状态或小组件内容可能出现在锁屏或主屏幕上。
3. 权限与系统能力
- 照片或文件选择：仅用于你主动选择的背景图片或音频，不需要读取整份照片库来使用基本时钟功能。
- 通知与系统闹钟：用于你启用的闹钟、专注结束和倒计时提醒。iOS 26 及以上的系统闹钟需要 AlarmKit 授权；较早 iOS 版本使用系统允许的本地通知能力。
- 亮度、保持常亮、音频播放、小组件和实时活动：按你的设置提供相关功能；可在应用或系统设置中调整。
当前功能无需麦克风、摄像头、联系人、精确位置或广告追踪权限。拒绝可选权限不会阻止你使用基本时钟，但相应的提醒、导入或展示功能可能受限。
4. 你主动发起的网络连接
当你提交 HTTPS 音频链接时，应用会向该地址及必要的 HTTPS 重定向地址请求下载。对方服务通常会收到 IP 地址、请求地址和必要的连接信息，按其政策处理。应用不会把你的专注记录、设置、照片或其他已导入素材附加到请求中。音频下载后保存在本地。
打开隐私政策、使用协议或支持页面时，浏览器会连接网站的托管和网络服务。这些服务可能为提供页面、故障诊断或安全防护处理 IP 地址、访问时间、请求路径和浏览器信息。本站页面没有嵌入广告、行为分析脚本或追踪 Cookie；我们不会将网站访问用于跨应用广告追踪。
5. 主动联系支持
若你选择发送支持邮件，ColorfulMoon 及邮件服务提供方会处理你的邮件地址、邮件内容以及你主动附加的文件，用于回复和处理请求。请只发送解决问题所需的信息，避免发送密码或无关的敏感内容。相关通信按处理请求、维护必要业务记录或履行适用义务的需要保留；你可通过支持入口提出删除请求。
6. 删除、备份与控制
你可以在应用中删除闹钟、重要日期、导入音频、个人背景，或清空专注记录。移除应用通常会删除其本地应用数据。系统备份、文件提供方保留的原始文件或系统中仍有的副本可能需要单独管理。
操作系统可能依据你自己的备份和设备迁移设置备份或恢复应用数据，例如 iCloud 备份。这些服务由相应平台管理；“本地存储”不意味着系统备份绝不会包含这些内容。请在设备的备份设置中查看和控制。
7. 数据使用与安全
我们不出售应用个人数据，不建立广告画像，也不使用广告标识符。除上述用户主动请求、系统能力和支持通信外，当前应用没有开发者侧个人数据收集服务。设备和网络服务的安全有其实际限制；请妥善管理设备访问、系统更新与备份设置。
8. 更新与联系我们
如果功能或处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本页面和生效日期；需要时会在应用中说明或请求许可。有关隐私、支持通信或数据删除的疑问，请通过支持页面联系 ColorfulMoon。

Privacy Policy
1. Scope and operator
This policy covers FlipClock for iPhone and iPad and its policy and support website, provided by ColorfulMoon. The iOS app identifier is com.oneflipclock.mg. Effective September 15, 2026.
2. Information on your device
Clock and theme settings, signature text, alarms, important dates, focus and timer records, and sound-mix preferences are stored locally. Photos and audio you choose are copied into local app storage. The current version does not automatically upload this content to ColorfulMoon servers and has no developer-provided account or cloud sync.
Widgets, Live Activities, system alarms and notifications share relevant times, labels or display preferences with system components on the same device as needed. Depending on your lock-screen settings, reminder labels, focus status or widget content may be visible on the lock screen or home screen.
3. Permissions and system features
- Photo or file selection imports a background or audio you choose. Basic clock use does not require reading your entire photo library.
- Notifications and system alarms provide alerts you enable. System alarms on iOS 26 and later require AlarmKit authorization; earlier iOS versions use the local notification capabilities available from the system.
- Brightness, keeping the display awake, audio playback, widgets and Live Activities follow your preferences and can be adjusted in the app or system settings.
Current features do not require microphone, camera, contacts, precise location or advertising-tracking access. Declining optional access does not prevent basic clock use, but may limit the related reminder, import or display feature.
4. Connections you initiate
When you submit an HTTPS audio URL, the app requests a download from that address and any necessary HTTPS redirects. The provider ordinarily receives your IP address, requested URL and necessary connection information under its own policy. The app does not attach your focus history, settings, photos or other imported media. Downloaded audio is saved locally.
Opening a policy, terms or support page connects your browser to the website's hosting and network services. These services may process IP addresses, access times, requested paths and browser information for delivery, diagnostics or security. These pages embed no ads, behavioral-analytics scripts or tracking cookies. We do not use visits for cross-app advertising tracking.
5. Support you request
If you send a support email, ColorfulMoon and the email service process your email address, message and attachments to respond and resolve the request. Share only what is needed; do not send passwords or unrelated sensitive information. Correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request, keep necessary business records or meet applicable obligations. You may request deletion through support.
6. Deletion, backups and controls
You can delete alarms, important dates, imported audio and personal backgrounds, or clear focus records in the app. Removing the app generally removes its local app data. System backups, original files held by file providers or remaining system copies may require separate management.
Your operating system may back up or restore app data according to your backup and device-transfer settings, including iCloud Backup. These are managed by the platform. Local storage does not mean that system backups can never contain this information. Review your device's backup settings to control this.
7. Use and security
We do not sell app personal data, create advertising profiles or use advertising identifiers. Apart from the user-initiated requests, system features and support correspondence described above, the current app has no developer-side personal-data collection service. Device and network security have practical limits; manage device access, system updates and backup settings appropriately.
8. Changes and contact
If features or processing change, we will update this page and its effective date and, where needed, explain changes or request permission in the app. For privacy, support correspondence or deletion questions, contact ColorfulMoon through the support page.
