使用协议
1. 使用范围
你可依照本协议及获取应用的平台规则，在自己的兼容设备上使用本应用。请遵守适用法律，并保留你导入或使用素材所需的权利。应用与随附设计、代码和内容的权利归其相应权利人所有；开源组件及许可素材适用各自许可。
2. 个人照片与音频
你保留自己内容的权利。导入内容用于设备上的个人背景或播放；此操作不表示将内容所有权转让给 ColorfulMoon。使用在线音频链接时，应获得所需授权并遵守来源服务的规则。第三方链接可能失效、拒绝下载或改变内容；应用不控制这些服务。
3. 闹钟、计时与设备限制
闹钟和提醒依赖系统授权、设备状态、系统音量、专注/勿扰设置、省电策略和平台能力。请在实际设备上设置并测试重要提醒。关闭设备、撤回权限或改变系统设置可能导致延迟或无法提醒。FlipClock 不是医疗、应急或人身安全保障系统。
4. 本地数据与备份
请按需要维护设备备份。清除数据、移除应用、更换设备或系统故障可能影响本地设置和记录。系统备份与设备迁移是否包含应用数据取决于平台及你的设置。数据处理详情见隐私政策。
5. 版本与费用
当前版本没有收费功能或订阅。平台网络费用或第三方服务费用由相应服务的规则决定。若未来增加付费功能，会在购买前清楚说明，并通过相应平台取得购买授权；本协议不会自动创建订阅或扣款。
6. 责任与适用权利
我们会提供支持并改进发现的问题，但无法保证所有设备和系统组合始终无故障。本协议不排除或限制适用法律规定不得排除或限制的消费者权利、保证或责任。发生争议时，适用依法确定的规则，你保留依法享有的救济权利。
7. 平台规则与变更
通过 Apple App Store 获得应用时，相应平台规则及适用的Apple 标准应用许可协议同时适用。我们会在本页公布协议更新与生效日期，重大变化会按需要作出说明。你可以停止使用和移除应用。

Terms of Use
1. Using the app
You may use the app on your compatible devices under these terms and the rules of the platform where you obtain it. Follow applicable law and hold the rights needed for media you import or use. The app, design, code and bundled content belong to their respective rights holders; open-source components and licensed media remain subject to their own licenses.
2. Personal photos and audio
You retain rights to your own content. Imports are used for personal backgrounds or playback on your device and do not transfer ownership to ColorfulMoon. Obtain required authorization and follow the source service's rules when using online audio. Third-party links can stop working, reject downloads or change content; the app does not control those services.
3. Alarms, timers and device limits
Alerts depend on system permissions, device state, volume, focus/do-not-disturb settings, power management and platform capabilities. Set and test important reminders on your actual device. Powering off a device, revoking access or changing system settings can delay or prevent an alert. FlipClock is not a medical, emergency or personal-safety system.
4. Local data and backups
Maintain device backups as needed. Clearing data, removing the app, replacing a device or system failures can affect local settings and records. Inclusion in system backups and transfers depends on the platform and your settings. See the Privacy Policy for data handling.
5. Versions and fees
The current version has no paid features or subscriptions. Network charges or third-party service fees follow the rules of those providers. Any future paid feature will be clearly disclosed before purchase and require authorization through the relevant platform. These terms do not create a subscription or authorize automatic charges.
6. Responsibility and statutory rights
We provide support and work to improve reported problems, but cannot guarantee fault-free operation across every device and system. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, warranties or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. Applicable rules for disputes are determined by law, and you retain your statutory remedies.
7. Platform terms and updates
For apps obtained through Apple's App Store, relevant platform rules and the applicable Apple Standard Application License Agreement also apply. Updated terms and effective dates will appear here, with notice of material changes where appropriate. You may stop using and remove the app.
